The core of the Milang pull rope displacement sensor in the non-woven fabric slitting machine is to precisely detect the position, displacement and synchronous deviation of the slitting knife frame/unwinding/rewinding, achieving precise positioning of the knife position, stable control of the roll tension and high-precision control of the slitting size.

The specific functions are concentrated in three points:
1. Tool rest positioning: Precisely feedback the left and right movement position of the slitting knife to ensure consistent width dimensions of the non-woven fabric slitting and avoid deviations.
2. Tension control: In coordination with the detection of the displacement changes of the unwinding/rewinding rollers, the tension of the roll material is adjusted in real time to prevent the non-woven fabric from stretching, wrinkling or breaking.
3. Synchronous deviation correction: Monitor the positional deviation of the coil material feeding, provide displacement signals for the deviation correction system, promptly correct the material feeding path, and ensure the alignment of slitting.

The pull rope displacement sensor, also known as the pull rope ruler, pull wire ruler, pull wire encoder, and pull wire displacement sensor, is a sophisticated integration of linear displacement sensors in structure. It fully combines the advantages of Angle sensors and linear displacement sensors, becoming an excellent sensor with a compact structure, long measurement stroke, small installation space size, and high-precision measurement. The MPS-S series of rope displacement sensors offer A wide range of choices, with strokes ranging from 100 to 1300mm. They feature analog current signals of 4-20MA, analog voltage signals of 0-5V and 0-10V, and pulse signals of P: A, B, Z phase digital output. They are widely adopted by customers and special specification orders are accepted.
